What is a Death Doula, and how can you help?

A death doula provides non-medical support at the end of life. My role is to offer companionship, emotional comfort, and guidance for both the person who is dying and their loved ones, helping to create peace and dignity during this sacred time.

When should we reach out to a death doula?

Anytime that feels right—some families connect months in advance, while others invite support during the final days. I am here whenever companionship, guidance, or respite would bring comfort.

Do you provide support for families after a loved one has passed?

Yes. I offer gentle grief support by helping loved ones find resources, creating space for remembrance, and following up in the weeks and months afterward so no one feels alone.

How do we begin working with you?

We begin with a consultation, meeting in person to talk about your wishes, needs, and hopes for this time. Together, we shape the type of care and support that feels most comforting for you and your family.

What are your fees and how is payment handled?

My services are offered on an hourly or package basis, depending on your needs. During our consultation, I will provide clear information about fees and payment options so there are no surprises.

Do you work in people’s homes, hospitals, or care facilities?

I can provide support wherever you or your loved one feels most comfortable—whether that’s at home, in a hospice setting, or in a hospital or care facility.

Absolutely. All conversations and personal information remain private. Your trust and comfort are at the heart of my work.

Do you replace medical or hospice care?

No. I do not provide medical care or replace hospice services. Instead, I work alongside them, offering emotional, spiritual, and practical support that centers on comfort, dignity, and connection.
